About
Vision statement
You can teach a monkey how to pass medications, you can teach a monkey how to do a dressing change, and you can even train a monkey how to feed a person, but you will never be able to teach compassion. Caring is the name, compassion is the mission. We hire individuals with these skills, we only want the best. Someone who treats their patients like family. This is not just a job, this is not just a paycheck; this is something way deeper than that. We are taking care of someone’s family, someone’s mother or father, child or grandchild. They are important, and need love and attention just as our family does. STNA’s are the biggest asset to us nurse’s. We would not be able to do our job if it was not for them. They are our Eyes and ears, they spend the most time with your families, and they will be the first to know if the patient is out of normal or not. I am so thankful to all my STNA’s, We love you.
